Coexya IP solutions is the software publishing business unit dedicated to the development of solutions and products for players in the Intellectual Property market.
This entity gathers sixty-five people dedicated to the design and development of solutions for digitising intellectual property rights management processes through products, services and consultancy.
Our dual skills in IP business expertise and technological mastery have given rise to specialised software solutions and modules: Ptolemy and Acsepto are used by national offices, agents and private companies in their day-to-day work.
With this first newsletter, we initiate a privileged channel of information about our products, our expertise and the events related to Coexya IP solutions.
COEXYA EXHIBITING AT INTA
Coexya IP Solutions will exhibit at the INTA annual Meeting in Atlanta from 18th to 22nd May 2024.

COEXYA - NEW USER GROUP IN GENEVA
At a time when new trends are emerging in the field of Intellectual Property rights management solutions, COEXYA is organising its user group in conjunction with the WIPO General Assembly in Geneva on 11 July 2024. As our customers come from all over the world (Offices in Europe, Asia, Oceania, Africa, South America and Caribbean), Geneva and WIPO General Assembly are the best context to meet them.
Sharing our vision of the next generation of intellectual property rights management platform, including innovative technologies and state-of-the-art operational mode, enabling discussions between our customers and communications on their latest news and concerns, this is what will occupy the agenda of this morning's meetings.

RELEASE OF NEW VERSIONS FOR ACSEPTO
Ascepto has been the solution dedicated to Trademark and Designs anteriority search and examination for more than 20 years, and will be released in its version 12 in 2024.
Acsepto Designs V12 is coming with brand new additional features dealing with figurative/image search, locarno coding and semantic verbal search powered by Artificial Intelligence.
Acsepto Trademarks V12 will also provide enhanced figurative and verbal search powered by our constant R&D efforts using AI and business expertise, as well as additional features like Trademark watch. Today, many customers have deployed Acsepto to help in their examination process and propose search services to the public.
